2011, Feeling GREAT and living a healthier life! I have ran a 5K and a 10K! I love to flamenco dance and walk with girlfriends most days of the week!

As a registered nurse working in a clinical setting, I help patients everyday to learn how to manage their weight and live an empowered life. When we look at food as a source of nutrition and fuel for our bodies we are less tempted to use it as a way to soothe our emotions. As an active member of the American Holistic Nursing Association, I recognize the importance of the mind, body, spirit connection. It has become my passion helping others to live a full and healthy life!
